
This project is an intelligent three-dimensional storage solution for heavy molds, which aims to solve the pain points of traditional flat warehouse, such as waste of space, inefficient manual handling, chaotic management and high security risks, and realize the automation, digitalization and intelligent upgrade of mold storage and circulation.
The system consists of high-density and heavy-duty shelves, heavy-duty stacker/AGV, WMS/WCS management software, RFID identification and automatic conveying equipment. The shelf adopts high-level dense design, which improves the space utilization rate by 3-4 times compared with the flat warehouse, and the floor area ratio can reach 90%; The rated load of the stacker can reach 3 tons, and the walking speed can reach 160m/min. With high-precision positioning, the automatic access of heavy molds can be smoothly completed. The WMS system is connected with the production schedule, which realizes the digital traceability of the process of mold warehousing, warehousing, inventory and maintenance, and quickly responds to the demand for mold replacement in the production line.
After the project lands, the storage area can be saved by more than 60%, the labor cost can be reduced by 70%, the hidden danger of manual handling can be eliminated, the waiting time for mold changing can be shortened, and the production continuity and comprehensive efficiency of equipment can be improved. At the same time, through standardized and visual management, the risk of mold collision and mismatch is reduced, the service life is prolonged, and the transformation of lean production and intelligent manufacturing is helped.
